Troubleshooting Guide
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
The unit does
not start
No electricity.
Check for power supply.
The power cord is not
properly plugged in.
Remove and reconnect the power cord.
Battery is not activated
yet.
Please charge the battery fully prior
to initial use. (
See Page 6: Charge the
Battery
)
Low battery capacity.
When the battery capacity is 20% or
lower, in order to protect the battery, the
preset program will stop the machine and
prohibit the machine from working again.

Unit runs but
the speed or
the sound is
abnormal
Air inlet or air outlet is
blocked.
Remove blockage.
Low battery capacity.
See Page 6: Charge the Battery.
Unit runs but
no ozone is
produced out
The ozone switch is off.
Flip on the ozone switch.
The ozone generator is
damaged.
Contact XPOWER or other parties
authorized by XPOWER for further
instructions.
