Replacement Parts
Before starting any maintenance tasks, turn off Petra and
unplug the power cable.
For any parts not in this manual, or to order spare parts,
please contact your XOS Service Representative.
Removing the Sample Basket
To remove the sample basket, lift up sample lid. Inside the
sample chamber is the sample basket.
Replacing the Sample Basket Window
Replace the film whenever damaged, contaminated, or
appropriate for your test environment.
1. Remove the sample basket (refer to full manual for
instructions on removal) and turn it upside down so the
side with the sample basket film is accessible.
