Troubleshooting
Symptom
Cause
Remedy
No camera image
USB cable not properly
connected.
Check USB connections.
Restart Computer.
Double image
Displays not properly aligned.
Probably loose on the axis.
Tighten the four screws on
the display housings.
No image in Glasses
Computer power off, and/or
program not running.
Restart Computer.
Double-click the icon ”Follow
with Glasses”.
Image on computer screen
but no image in Glasses
The computer doesn’t find
the glasses as an external
display.
Double-click desktop the
icon ”Follow with Glasses”.
Or… VGA connector on
XM Connector box, is not
properly connected, see
Figure 3 above.
Check VGA connections on
XM connector box.
Or… Mini
DisplayPort/HDMI/mini-
HDM connector is not
properly connected in
Surface Pro tablet, see Figure
3 above.
Check Mini
DisplayPort/HDMI/mini
HDMI connections.
