1.2 Board Features

The board includes the following features:

A: The xcore.ai (XU316-1024-FB265-C32) Multicore Microcontroller device. XU316 iden-
tifies the Third generation XCORE with 16 threads and embedded USB; 1024 indicates
1 MByte of memory, FB265 indicates a 265-ball Fine Grid Ball Array, and C32 identifies
this as an Commercial temperature device speed grade 600 MHz. Other packages,
temperature, and speed grades are available.
