4. You can use the xmarty as a remote control for your smartphone
camera. Simply press the xmarty’s button to trigger the selected
camera.
Location
Select the menu „Location“ to use the map functions of your
xmarty. In order to use this feature, you have to activate the GPS on
your smartphone. More information about this can be found in the
manual of your smartphone. With this app, you can use 2 different
map services: “Google Maps” and “Baidu Maps”. To change the map
service, select the preferred service in „Settings->Map Switch“.
1. If you park your car for example, you can save your location by
pressing the button of your xmarty once. Press “Location list” in
the app later to find the previously saved location, thus your parked
car. In the same manner you can easily find the way back to your
hotel in a foreign city by saving your location as described.
