NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Assembly
STEP 1
A) Attach the U-Shaped Front Base (#7) to the front part of the Main Frame (#5) and
secure with three washers M10 (#25), three M10X20 Bolts (#22).
C) Insert the rear base (#13) into the rear part of the Main Frame (#5) with four M10X20 Bolts
and four washers M10 (#25).
D) Attach Foam Roller Tube (#11) to the front part of Main Frame (#5) and tighten with
Knob Nut (#15). Slide foam rollers (#20) onto both ends of the Foam Roller Tube
F) Insert Arm Curl Stand (#4) into the Main Frame (#5), secure the Arm Curl Stand with
knob bolt (#14).
E) Attach the Curl Pad (#1) to the top of the Arm Curl Stand (#4)

B) Pull the Pop Pin (#12) as far as it will go and slide Adjustment Tube Carriage (#10)
onto the the rear part of the Main Frame (#5).
