If an error or damage occurs on your Smartwatch which is not explained in the descriptions of this
operating manual, please contact customer service.
Do not attempt to repair or modify the hardware yourself.
Do not force open the smartwatch.
If you act contrary to these instructions, the warranty claim is void!
Guarantee
For the QIN XW PRO, XLYNE GmbH offers a 24-month warranty. The warranty period begins
with the date of sale (receipt, receipt, delivery note). Within 24 months, all defects due to material
or functional defects will be repaired free of charge. This does not apply to improper handling
such as falls, impacts or the like.
Disposal of the packaging
It is recommended to keep the packaging of the Smartwatch in a safe place. When disposing of
the product, make sure that the packaging materials (cardboard to waste paper, foils to recyclable
materials) are separated according to type.
