Common trouble shooting
For any problem with this device, please refer to the below suggestions. In
case the problem still exists, please either contact your point of sales or get
in direct touch with XLYNE.
Unable to start up
• Press the ON button until startup screen appears.
• Check battery status.
Mobile phone screen difficult to read
• Clean the screen.
• Screen might dim out over time. Re-activate screen by pushing ON button.
Watch shuts down automatically
• Low battery, please charge 2-3 hours.
Using time is short
• Please make sure you have not closed the screen savers.
• Please make sure the watch had enough charging time (3 hours).
• In case the charging process is not complete, the battery level indicator
might be inaccurate. Please wait about 20 minutes to get the accurate
indication after removing the battery charger.
Watch cannot charge
• Please check whether the battery is operating. The performance
of the battery will reduce after a few years.
• Please ensure normal charging conditions.
