GTP Transmitter (TX)
This chapter shows how to configure and use each of the functional blocks inside the GTP
transmitter.
Transmitter Overview
Each GTP transceiver in the GTP_DUAL tile includes an independent transmitter, made
up of a PCS and a PMA.
