Troubleshooting

Issues

Hair dryer does not work 

when plugged into the 

power outlet.

The hot air and cold air 

cannot be switched by 

pressing the temperature 

button. 

It blows cold air when in 

hot air mode.

The hair dryer does not 

emit air or it only emits a 

small amount of air.

The hair dryer itself 

or the hot air is at 

an abnormally high 

temperature.

The hair dryer is not turned 

on.

The power cord is not 

plugged in, or has a poor 

contact.

The temperature is too high, 

so the hair dryer has entered 

the overheating protection 

state.

The air intake is blocked.

Switch off the power 

button and unplug the 

hair dryer. After waiting for 

it to cool down, you can 

use it again as normal.

Turn off and unplug the 

hair dryer before cleaning 

the air intake.

The inner circuit is 

damaged.

The button is damaged.
