Sending an E-mail

Touch the
[Scan/Fax] key to enter scanner mode (light on).

Load the original.
¾
Check the original size.
¾
If needed, touch the [Resolution] key to adjust the resolution setting.
¾
If needed, touch the [Image Quality] key to adjust the exposure setting.
¾
If needed, touch the [File Format] key to select the file format.
¾
Touch the [Sender List] key.
¾
Touch a key to select a sender.
¾
Touch the [OK] key.
¾
Touch the [Address Book] key.
¾
Touch the one-touch key for the desired destination.
¾
Press the
[Colour Copy Start] or
[Black Copy Start] key.
Sending a Fax

Touch the
[Scan/Fax] key to
enter fax mode.
¾
Load the original.
¾
Touch the [Original]
key to specify the
original size.
¾
If needed, touch
the [Resolution] key to adjust the resolution setting.
¾
If needed, touch the [Image Quality] key to adjust the exposure setting.
¾
Use the [Numeric Keys] to enter the fax number.
¾
Press the
[Black Copy Start] key to dial the fax number.
