Replacing the Feedrolls There are three feedrolls for each paper input tray. Figure B.1
shows how to replace a feedroll. To locate the feedrolls, use the
procedures starting on the next page.
If you have a tabletop configuration printer (it does not have the 2,500
Sheet Feeder installed), you only need to replace the feedrolls for paper
input Trays 1 and 2. Procedures for all trays (standard and optional) are
included in this section.

Remove the old feedroll by
(1) pulling up on the white
tab and (2) sliding the
feedroll off the spindle.
Make sure (3) no
additional parts
come off with the
feedroll.
Install the new feedroll by
(1) pushing it onto the
spindle until (2) the white tab
clicks into place.
