Meter Readings
Displays the number of processed print jobs on the printer console. The meter is divided according to the
color modes.

Meter 1
: Displays the total number of color prints.
■
Meter 2
: Displays the total number of monochrome prints.
■
Meter 3
: Displays the total number of large size color prints.
■
Meter 4
: Displays the total number of color and monochrome prints (Meter 1 + Meter 2).

Phone Book
Use this menu to create and delete speed dial and group dial numbers.
■
Speed Dial
: Use the Speed Dial menu to edit speed dial address book entries.
■
Group Dial
: Use the Group Dial menu to create speed dial groups.
Important:
If you change the registered speed dial fax number while a fax job is stored in the printer, the
stored fax is sent to the set fax number that you just changed.
Note:
After creating or deleting speed-dial or group-dial numbers, select
Apply Settings
and then press
the
OK
button to save the settings.
