REP 2.1.2: Eject Roller
Assembly

1.
Perform the following:
a.
REP 1.1: WorkCentre Cover on page 4-3
b.
REP 2.1.1: Exit Guide on page 4-4.
2.
Remove the two screws that hold the eject
roller assembly to the printer, and remove the
assembly.
3.
At each end of the eject roller there is a roller
shaft securing cam (Figure 4-1). Pry the end
out slightly (by the red dot on the cam tab
and rotate until the tab points down.

Lift the roller out of the roller guide.
Rotate cam
Eject roller
NOTE: After you replace the eject roller assembly,
you must perform ADJ 2.2: Printhead Gap Adjustment on page 4-46
and ADJ 2.1: Printhead Alignment on page 4-45.
