If a screen that displays [Stop] or [Cancel] does not appear:

Press the <Job Status> button.

Select the job to cancel, and then select
[Stop].

Note

If you cancel the job, scanned data stored
in the folder will also be deleted.

Confirming the Scanned Data while Scanning the Document

You can confirm the scanned data while scanning the document.

Important •

When [MRC High Compression] on the [File Format] screen is set to [On], the preview
function is not available.

Select [Next Original] on the touch screen.

Select [Preview]. A preview screen appears
and displays the first page of the last
