There is a problem with the Non-Volatile RAM on the Print Engine Controller Board .

power OFF and ON several times.

3 ENTER DIAGNOSTICS
1. Enter Diagnostics mode.
2. From the Main Menu, select NVM Config / enter
password [0734] /
Was the password accepted and does
“Resolution” now appear on the LCD?
