Insert the rope’s ends in to both handles’ rope holders. Each rope holder feature one pass-through pre-drilled hole. Do not
let rope’s ends get out from the opposite side. Then tight the headless bolt by using the provided wrench.

Choose your prefered wire rope style: bear or nylon coated.

Unscrew the headless bolt on top of each handle’s rope holder without fully remove it. Usa the provided wrench.

Each handle feature two high speed bearings. Both are self-lube bearings and they do not need to be further lubricated.
1.Self locking nut - 2.Steel snap ring (x2) - 3.Self-lube high speed 2z bearing (x2) - 4.Wire rope holder - 5.Wire rope headless bolt tighter.

Size the wire rope according to your own height. Rope total lenght (including handles) should be set same as the picture.
Should it be longer, undo the rope from the handles, then cut it by using a cutting tool , then go back to point 3.
- Stand on center of wire rope with one foot.
- Pull wire rope alongside body, until tip of handles reach to shoulder or underarm.
- The tip of the handles should reach to shoulder for standard length or to the
underarm for skilled jumpers.
- During jumping, the rope should barely skim the floor surface, and not slam into
it. If it does, adjust further.
- Cut the excess wire rope.
- If the rope is for a young person who is still growing, it is best to leave a little extra
cord and tie a knot or two on each side, so he/she doesn’t grow out of it right away.

Jump Rope feature two special Aluminum handles, both equipped
with a pair of high-speed bearings. These bearings are pre-lubricated and sealed against dust. They do not require any
maintenance and/or lubrication.
• While assembling the wire rope on the handles, please keep the rope’s ends within the inner width of the rope holder
(top side of each handle), in order to avoid the sharp rope’s ends to hurt with the user’s skin.
• Always make sure to train with the Jump Rope on an even and smooth surface. Always make sure to stay enough
clear from persons and objects while jumping with the Jump Rope. Xenios USA

• Always inspect the wire rope before to use it. Should it looks damaged, do not use the jump rope and ask for a spare

Hang rope over a hook to let it straighten out. Or you can also keep it lying loosely in a workout bag. Do not wrap it
around the handles. When juming, if you are using correct form and the cord has been adjusted, the arc will straighten
as you are jumping.
•
Avoid jumping in or storing the jump rope in cold temperatures such as a garage or in the trunk of a car. It will make
the cord stiff and can also cause it to break when jumping.
•
Avoid jumping on concrete as it can wear the cord out. Jumping on other hard surfaces such as tile can also cause
undue stress to your joints and/or shin splints.
