STEP 2 - ANCHORING STRAPS
Once the Anywhere Anchoring Straps (or the “Door Anchors”) are set, the “Adjustable Straps” could be hooked by using the provided steel carabiners. The
buckles must be kept at the bottom. By opening and/or closing the buckles, the “Adjustable Straps” could be extended and/or shortened, according to the
desired distance from the ground and workout angle. The “Adjustable Straps” are printed with a white color numeric scale so to easy get the right position
on both straps while training. To extend the straps, just push on their buckle levels and pull the below-buckle short straps down. To shorter the straps just
push down their buckle levels and pull up the top side of the printed straps’ segments.

Tips & Tricks:
to have a perfect suspension workout, the length of the “Anywhere
Anchor Straps” must be set so to have the full assembled Bodyweight Gym
™
(its
“Universal Handles”) quite close to the floor (when its “Adjustable Straps” will be
fully extended) and about 100 cm. off the floor (when its “Adjustable Straps” will
be fully shortened). In this case, the TUBE-HANDLE of each “Universal Handle”
should be at the height of the user’s waist.
