7.  Problem Diagnosis 

 

7.1   About Problem Diagnosis 

 

The main tool for diagnosing a problem is the Windows Event Viewer. This is launched as follows. 
 

 

Click 'Start'  

 

Right click 'Computer', and then 'Manage'.  

 

Expand 'Event Viewer' in the left pane, and then expand 'Applications and Services Logs'  

 

Click on 'XenData'
