6. Trouble shooting
Don’t be turned on
- Check whether (HOLD) button is locked.
- Check whether your battery is recharged.
- Reinstall your player with firmware
No sound or noise
- Check whether the Volume is set to “0”.
- Check the condition of earphone jack.
- Check whether MP3 or WMA music file is cor-
rupted.
Listen to it in your PC to check its corruption.
Abnormal characters in LCD
-Check whether the right language is selected.
Screen is stopped.
- Try to power on/ off.
- If it can’t be, reset the player.
- Still it can’t be better, reformat the player
The downloading is failed.
- Check the connection between your player and
your PC.
- Check whether USB cable is correctly connected.
Poor FM Reception
- check whether the earphone has been plugged
in firmly
- FM reception can be poor in particular location
as like in the basement, subway, car.
Earphone can be a kind of antenna. so adjust the
receiving direction with earphone.
