DYNAMX™ RESISTANCE BANDS
Each resistance band has two iron metal clips on each end that
easily attach to the rings found on each side of the thigh straps.
When attaching the clip,
face the clip's lever upward,
depress it, and then release
it for a secure anchor.
Depending on your skill level and strength, exercises/drills may be
performed with two 10 lbs. bands up to 120 lbs. when all six bands
are attached.
Normally, you will attach
bands side to side, in the
front and back of the thigh
straps.
EACH SET COMES WITH 6 NYLON PROTECTED BANDS
(2) Yellow Bands with 10 lbs. of resistance each
(2) Blue Bands with 20 lbs. of resistance each
(2) Black Bands with 30 lbs. of resistance each
