3. The device does not record in a loop (it records randomly).
Check “motion detection” setting – it should be turned off.
4. The device shows “card full” message.
Check „G-sensor” and “parking mode” and set them to minimum. The card
should be formatted in FAT32 format first in your computer, then in the DVR.
5. The device records noisy, distorted, unclear sound.
The device has a very sensitive microphone which records all background
noises. The recorded sounds may overlap. The windshield air intake may also
distort the sound.
6. The device does not respond.
Briefly press RESET or reset the device into factory default settings.
7. Cross stripes appear on the recording.
Incorrect setting of the frame rate value. Set the frequency value to 50Hz or
60Hz depending on local settings.

2. Use only the original charger with 5V/1.5A charging current. (Do not plug
directly into a 220/230V outlet). Failure to comply may result in damage to
the camera or lead to dangerous situations.
3. If the device is equipped with the GPS module, it may lose connection with
a satellite in case of staying in closed spaces or going through underground
tunnels, sometimes there may also be random signal disturbances caused
e.g. by other devices generating interference e.g. electromagnetic waves
from a vehicle nearby. The manufacturer is not responsible for any errors or
inaccuracies in GPS positioning.
4. The Parking Mode function works only with direct battery power supply
or battery power supply (if the device has it). When an impact is detected
(depending on the sensor sensitivity setting), the camera will start and
record the event, and then turn off. This allows the device to remain in
standby mode for as long as possible. The recordings of the parking mode
may be of lower quality due to lower frame rate characteristic for this mode.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages caused by using the
parking mode.
