Go past END MENU command - Accesses either
“BEGIN BASIC SETUP” or “BEGIN ADVANCED
SETUP” Menus.
ALT+X Exits the ICAP program.
ALT+I Accesses the ICA Commands.
ALT+C Accesses the Communications Commands.
ALT+H Accesses the Help Commands.
