The buttons may hold more than one function, depending on the 
selected mode and how long they are held.
The Li-Ion battery is inside the device and cannot be accessed from 
the outside without tools.

Placing the speaker

The BoomStar BT needs a plain and hard surface as a resonating 
body. A desk or a shelf is the best choice.

Charging the battery

Please fully charge the device before use. For charging, use the 
supplied USB cable. Insert the Mini-USB plug into the device and 
the other end into your computer or a USB charger with 5 V output. 
Charge the device at the first time for at least 5 hours. The green LED 
in the recharge indicator (3) will show on the device is fully charged.

Advice on the lifetime of batteries

It is advisable to let the battery go fully flat from time to time and then 
recharge it again fully for several hours. This refreshes the battery.

Making a connection

The BoomStar BT can connect to another Bluetooth device with 
Bluetooth or with NFC standard and is used as an external loudspea-
ker. If connected through Bluetooth, the song selection and other 
functions can be controlled through the BoomStar BT. When using 
a mobile phone, the BoomStar BT can receive calls and be used as a 
hands-free device.

Connecting through Bluetooth:

 

Switch the BoomStar BT on (1). 

 

 The device will make a sound and the blue Bluetooth symbol (7) 
will blink.

 

 Switch on your Bluetooth device which you want to connect to 
and activate the Bluetooth function.

 

 Your Bluetooth device will now show you other Bluetooth
