Trouble shooting
The device will not switch on:
• Is the battery charged?
• Check your connection and charging cables.
I cannot hear any sound:
• Check if you are on the correct mode.
• Check your volume adjustment.
I have a bad radio reception:
• Is the antenna fully extended?
• Move the device to a different location. Make sure that there
are no shielding or interfering devices nearby.
• Press the Next button to search for a station.
The device will not play the files on my SD card/ USB stick:
• Check if the SD card/ USB stick is inserted correctly.
• Check if the files are on the SD card/ USB stick.
• Check the file format.
• Check if the files on the SD card/ USB stick are not damaged.
• Press the menu button to get into the correct menu, indicated
by a green light.
I cannot hear the external device:
• Check if all plugs a fully inserted.
• Check the cable by using it on different devices.
• Press the menu button to get into the correct menu, indicated
by a light blue light.
