Setting a timed event to occur randomly
To use the Security mode, repeatedly press the MODE button until
Security
shows in the display. This will modify the program so your
lights (or appliances) will go on or off at a different time everyday
within the programmed hour. If you do not select a specific mode,
the event happens at the same time everyday.
Note
Reviewing and changing programmed events
To review a programmed event, set the MODE switch to the
PROG.SET/REVIEW position to see the first programmed event. If
no events exist in memory,
0:00
displays.
While in the PROG.SET/REVIEW position, if you press one of the
Module’s ON or OFF buttons without modifying the current time,
and no events are in memory for that module,
0:00
is displayed.
If events do exist, pressing the ON or OFF buttons lets you review
all programmed events for that particular module. The display also
shows
Once
or
Security
to indicate how often the event will occur. If
it’s a Security event, the actual time the next event will occur
displays. If neither
Once
nor
Security
displays, the programmed event
will occur daily.
While reviewing any event it can be modified to be Daily, Once or
Security event by repeatedly pressing the MODE button.
If you press one of the Module’s ON or OFF buttons after modifying
the current time, the time is stored as a new event for that module.
While displaying the programmed time for any module, you can
delete it using the CLEAR key. You can clear all events for a
module by pressing CLEAR multiple times until display shows
0:00
.
If an event time is modified and you do not want to store it, press
CLEAR. The previous event displays and can be deleted, if desired,
by pressing CLEAR again. If the MODE switch is moved after a time
has been changed and you do not press ON or OFF for the desired
module, this time is discarded and is not stored in memory.
