Basic use
USING THE SMART-BUTTON
By pressing the smart button once you switch on the display, by pressing it repeatedly you scroll
through the various functions.
1. Press: Turn on the display.
2. Press: Shows the stepcounter.
3. Press: Shows the daily stepgoal.
4. Press: Displays distance covered and calories burned.
5. Press: Activates the blood pressure measurement this can take up to 60
seconds. (The watch must be worn on the wrist. )
6. Press: Activates the heartrate measurement this can take up to 30 seconds.
(The watch must be worn on the wrist.)
7. Press: Shows the duration of your sleep.
8. Press: Power-off display. Press and hold the Smart button to turn off the
clock.
