STEP 2.
Using (1) 5/16" delta bolt, (4) nylon washers and (1) 5/16" delta nut, con-
nect one end of each
plastic coated cable
to the
rear frame support
.
Secure with (1) 5/16" nylock nut. (Fig. 1)
STEP 3.
Connect lower ends of
plastic coated cables
and the
footrest
to the
foot platform
using (2) 5/16" x 2 1/4" hex bolts [C], (6) nylon washers and (2)
5/16" nylock nuts. Then attach the
footrest
to the
foot platform
using (2) 5/16"
x2" hex bolts [B], (4) nylon washers and (2) 5/16" nylock nuts. (Fig. 2)

Steps 1–4 require you to
temporarily finger tighten nuts
ensure proper alignment.
