understood and follow the instructions in this ma-
nual.

be held liable for faults and problems caused bu
operating the vehicle in other ways as described in
this manual.
• The electric scooter is classed as a recreational
vehicle. If driven in public areas you must always
follow the local laws and regulations.
• As a driver you are always responsible for the safety
of yourself, and people and property in your sur-
roundings. Suit you speed to the surroundings and
remember inreased speed increases the braking
distance exponentially.
• Respect the rights of pedestrians as you drive.
Avoid to surprise and scare others in your surroun-
dings. Always pass others with care and with a
safe dintance between you, In most countries you
are comparable to a bicycle. Always learn the local
laws and rules for this type of vehicle before driving
in public areas
• Do not let anyone without the adequate skills and
knowledge of safe driving operate this vehicle.

If any changes or tuning has been made to the vehicle or
its components any right to claims are withdrawn.
WARRANTY
A vehicle for recriational or competitive purposes has a
limited functionality warranty. More information can be
acquired from your dealer.
CLAIMS
If the buyer wants to claim a fault or damage in mate-
rial or manufacturing, the claim needs to be filed as a
written claim to the seller according to our claim policy.
A written claim is to be filed as soon as possible after a
fault or damage is detected. At the latest within a reaso-
nable time (usually 10 working days).
Further faults or or damages that occur due to delaying
to file the claim or due to usage of the item before the
problem is fixed will not be covered by the seller.
