 (or double-clicking the desktop icon) opens the Remote Desktop Connection 

dialog box (expanded view shown in Figure 16 obtained by clicking 

Options

). This 

program is used to establish connections to remote applications using RDP. 

Note

If you find that the Write Filter Cache is becoming too full, you can disable 
Bitmap caching in the RDP Experience tab
