ATOMIZER SERVICE JOB AID

Preparing the Complete Atomizer Machine (continued):
•
Insert the conveyor tube into the Cabin Atomizer Machine’s
reservoir opening.
Preparing the Vehicle for Service:
•
Start the vehicle’s engine.
•
Place the filled Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine on the
passenger front floor area.
•
Position the conveyor tube to the inlet opening of the air
recirculation vent (under dash).
•
Pass the power cable through the passenger front door upper
door jamb near the B-Pillar.
•
Close all other windows and doors of the vehicle.
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the cabin air filter.
Preparing the Vehicle for Service (continued):
•
Set the vehicle’s air conditioning to off.
•
Set the temperature control to minimum temperature level.
•
Select air recirculation to on.
•
Set fan speed to minimum setting.
Preparing the Vehicle for Service (continued):
•
Select front ventilation.
•
Direct the flow of vents upwards.
•
Open all air deflectors on front vents.
