Troubleshooting tips

The mains plug is connected

Check the mains supply.
The welding power is too low. Too high voltage drop in the mains
supply.
Cable is wound up.
Increase the conductor cross section
of the workshop mains cable (for
lengths > 15 m, a conductor cross
section of 3 x 4 mm² is required).
Unwind cable or cable drum.
The mains fuse blows.
Mains power is too low.
Use a slow fuse after checking with
an expert. Check the mains supply.
You pressed the key on the
welding tool. The background
colour of the tool symbol does
not change from white to blue
on the display

Thermostat protection
