Maintenance:

Ear-muffs  and in particular cushions may deteriorate with use and should be examined at frequent intervals for example for cracking and leakage.

Replace the cushions as necessary, at least every 6 months. Pull off the old cushions (fig. 4) and press the new ones carefully and firmly on all areas into their
proper place on the ear-cups. The  headband  should  not be flexed or  adjusted  unnecessarily,  as the correct pressure is an important factor in maintaining the
attenuation afforded by these ear-muffs. Do not open the cups or remove the foam liners. If the cups are opened warranty of the product is no longer valid.

Storage:

Before and after using ear-muffs store them in a clean and dust free place. It is common that moisture may occur in side the ear cups in long-term use.

Therefore it is important to dry the moisture inside the cups to prevent damages caused by corrosion.

After long-term use it is recommended to turn the

ear cups outwards to allow the foam linings to dry.

Spare parts:

Note: The fitting of hygiene covers (Comfort rings) to the cushions may affect the acoustic performance of the earmuffs.
