UNPACKING
The VDA403 package includes the following items:

Please inspect all items carefully and report damaged or missing
items to your dealer or MicroImage Video Systems.
CONNECTIONS
Power
The VDA403 uses an industry standard, detachable 3 wire power
cord which is included with the unit. For medical applications, a
special low leakage cord (part # CAB01006) is available. Connect
the cord to a suitable power source of 120VAC, 50-60Hz.
Video
Connect the video source (i.e. camera) to the IN connector on the
VDA unit. Connect the OUTPUT signals from the VDA unit to the
video displays as required. Each output can only have a single 75
ohm termination.
