Assembly Steps
WARNING:
Do not turn on lamp until light bulb is installed and assembly is complete.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
- Do not polish or clean fixture with harsh cleansers or polish as it may damage the finish
- Do not place fixture outside. For indoor use only.
- Not for commercial use.
For residential use only.
- Dust and pick-up spills using a clean, non colored, lint-free and soft cloth.
CAUTION:
To prevent the risk of fire, do not use light bulbs with wattage greater than
40W Type A
or CFL 9W.

Assembled View
Align Bulb (B) on the light socket as shown above and rotate bulb clockwise until secured.
Product is ready to use.
