Taking delivery of a new boat, with many new features and systems, can often be an information
overload. At World Cat we want to ensure that your delivery process goes smoothly, and that you
have access to the best information in the future.
To make the process easier, we provide this quick checklist. Please ensure that all of these
steps have been completed before you take possession of your new boat.
You received an on-the-water orientation to demonstrate the operation of
your
new boat, along with all of its features and systems.
You have been introduced to the Service Manager, who explained proper
engine break- in, and the future care and maintenance of your boat and motors.
You were provided with an after-hours contact by your dealer, to answer any
questions you may have once you are out enjoying your new World Cat.
You received your new boat properly cleaned, detailed, and ready to enjoy.
From the entire team at World Cat, welcome to the family! Please have a safe and enjoyable
time on the water enjoying your new boat.
In the next few weeks, after you have had time to really get to know your new boat, we will be
sending you a survey in which we will ask you to rate your buying experience, and your initial
impressions of your new World Cat. We encourage you to be honest in your opinions, as it’s this
type of direct feedback that helps us get better every day.
