Storage/Disposal and recycling

11. Storage

m

 Important!

Pull out the mains plug and ventilate the equipment and all connected pneumatic tools.

Switch off the compressor and make sure that it is secured in such a way that it cannot

be started up again by any unauthorized person.

m

 Important!

Store the device and its accessories in a dark, dry and frost-proof place that is inacces-
sible to

unauthorized persons

The optimum storage temperature is between 5 and 30˚C.

Store the electrical tool in its original packaging.

Cover the electrical tool in order to protect it from dust and moisture.
Store the operating manual with the electrical tool.

Always store

the electrical tool in

upright position! Oil may leak out!

11.1 Releasing excess pressure

Release the excess pressure by switching off the compressor and using the compressed

air which is still left in the pressure vessel, e.g. with a compressed air tool running in

idle mode or with a blow-out pistol.

12. Disposal and recycling

The packaging protects the compressor against damage during transport.

Packing materials are usually chosen depending on their environmental friendliness

and disposal method and can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material

circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs. Parts of packaging

(e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation!

Keep packaging away from children and dispose of it as soon as possible.

The equipment and its accessories are made of various types of material, such as metal

and plastic. Never place defective equipment in your household refuse. The equipment

should be taken to a suitable collection center for proper disposal. If you do not know

the whereabouts of such a collection point, you should ask in your local council offices.
