Position Crank
Top-Crank models: Insert Crank Handle into hole in worksurface over
the right leg so that it engages the gearbox. Turn Handle to raise or lower
table.
Front-Crank models: Pull out and turn handle to raise or lower table.
Push the crank under the desktop for storage.
Note: Force required to turn the front crank handle may be slightly higher
for the first few sit-to-stand cycles. This is normal operation and the force

Base-Only Top-Crank Models: Loosely Secure Table Base to Tabletop (cont.)
Turn the worksurface over to the top/good finish side and use the ¾" spade drill bit to finish
drilling the hole from the top down, to ¾" diameter, using the ⅛" hole as a guide.
Flip table back and reposition leg assembly.
Drill pilot holes and insert screws for two positioning holes first being sure to center the leg over
the crank handle hole, then use the other screw holes to mark the location of the remaining holes
for each leg. Attach the desk at all points.
