Preparing the flue liner
1. The flexible flue liner [1] should be fed down the chimney from the
top, fitting centralising spacers [2] at a maximum of every
2.5 metres, less preferably.
2. When the flexible liner is in place, the bottom of the liner should be
cut off tidily at the start of a corrugated section, shown in the figure
below.
3. Where the bend in the chimney is 500mm or less follow the advice in
figure 14 or if the bend is greater than 500mm follow the advice in
figure 15
