Troubleshooting

1.

Setting Up

•

Please make sure the

Smart

Plug

is

in

configuration mode. TheLED

indicator

should

be

blinking.

•

Please make sure your

network is 2.4GHz. If you

router has both 2.4GHz

and 5GHz, try to disable

5GHz whilst setting up the

smat plug. After setup you

can enable 5GHz again.

•

If Smart Plug is in EZ

mode, please try it with AP

mode.

•

Enable

router's

broadcasting funtion.

•

Configure the router WiFi

authorization method as
