Post Sleeve Bushing Replacement

REMOVE OLD POST SLEEVE BUSHINGS
Follow the steps below to remove the old post sleeve bushings from the sawmill. Repeat the
steps for both sides of the mill.

Use vice grips to twist and snap
the old bushing until it breaks,
then discard it.
Slide the locking plate down and
out of the way.
Remove the three (3) M8 X 20
and one (1) M8 X 35 mm hex
bolts from the bottom of the post
sleeve.
Use vice grips to twist and snap
the old bushing until it breaks,
then discard it.
Remove the four (4) M8 X 20 mm
hex bolts from the top of the post
sleeve.
Slide the locking plate up and
out of the way.
