Fit the gas connection, primary flow, primary return,P+T-pipe and tundish, DHW and
cold water pipes in that order to ensure a trouble-free installation.
Installation P+T-pipe and tundish and cold water supply according to manual DHW
cylinder CSW 120.

- Trim the gas pipe from the connection set to size.

Fit the union nut and compression rings, and insert the support sleeves into the gas
pipe.
Insert the gas pipe into the gas ball valve elbow and into the straight connector on
the connection panel, and tighten with the compression fittings.

- Trim the primary flow and return pipes from the connection set to size.

Fit the union nut and compression rings, and insert the support sleeves into the
primary flow and return pipes.
Insert the pipe into the straight valve (maintenance) elbow and into the straight
connector on the connection panel, and tighten with the compression fittings.

- Trim the DHW pipe from the connection set to size and insert the support sleeves into

the pipe.
Insert the DHW pipe into the straight connector on the DHW cylinder and into the
straight connector on the connection panel, and tighten with the compression fittings.

Please note: Shut-off equipment, dirt traps or other restrictions must not be

installed between the DHW cylinder and the safety valve.

- Trim the evacuation pipe to size and insert the support sleeves into the pipe.

Wend hemp around one side of the elbow connector fitting an secure it on the saftey
valve.
Insert the evacuation pipe into the elbow connector and tighten with the compression
fitting.

- Trim the DHW cylinder flow pipe from the connection set and locate on the cylinder

side with union nut and locking ring.
Insert the support sleeve into the pipe.
Secure the DHW cylinder flow pipe with compression fitting and with flat gasket on
the three-way changeover valve.

- Trim the DHW cylinder return pipe from the connection set and locate on the cylinder

side with union nut and locking ring.
Insert the support sleeve into the pipe.
Secure the DHW cylinder return pipe with compression fitting and with flat gasket on
the gas fired boiler.

Fill the heating system and vent carefully. During the filling process, vent the boiler at
air-vent valves in the boiler DHW cylinder flow and return.
Fill the DHW cylinder.
Switch ON the boiler and select the required DHW temperature at the boiler control unit:

Setting 1:

15 °C

Setting 7:

60 °C

Setting 9:          70 °C approx.

To raise the DHW temperature for a short time above 60 °C, pull the rotary temperature
selector for DHW approx. 3 mm out and turn clockwise.
