13 Warranty and Service
13.1 Warranty
Each Wöhler VE 220 videoendoscope is tested in
the factory in all functions and leaves our factory
only after a detailed quality control.
When used properly, the warranty period of the
Wöhler VE 220 video endoscope is 12 months
from the date of sale.
This warranty is void if any repairs or modifica-
tions have been made to the unit by a third party
not authorized by the manufacturer.
13.2 Service
SERVICE is very important to us. Therefore, we
are of course also there for you after the warranty
period.

You send the device to us, we repair it within a
few days and send it to you with our parcel
service.

Immediate assistance is available from our
technicians on the phone.
