Installation:
1. Connect the (6) and (13) with the M10*70 bolt, locknut and Φ 10 washers;
2. Connect the (8) and (13) with M12*85 bolt, locknut and
Φ
12 washers;
3.Put the (12) on the (8), and screwing in M16 piston pin upon it;
4. Connect (8) and (7) with M10*65 bolt, locknut and
Φ 10 washers;
5. Connect (10) to the (12) with M8*40 bolts and
Φ
8 washers;
6. Connect (9) with M8*35 bolt and Φ 8 washers, meanwhile put the end of them on the (12),
and the opposite end is put on the (1);
7. Insert the (2) into the (6), use the lifting hook location, and screw in M8*20 bolt knob on
the (6).
8. Insert (16) into the (13), and screw in a bolt knob;
9. Connect (18) to (17) through the M8*20 bolt and
Φ 8 washers, then insert the assembled
components into the 16;
10. Install the (15) on the 16, use the M12*85 bolt, locknut and
Φ
12 washers to connect.
11. Install the (14) on the (15), and also put on the sponge tube;
12. Please put good on the pipe plugs of different parts;
Note: during the installation procedure, don’t over-tighten the bolt. After the installation,
rightly to adjust the bolt and tighten them later.

This equipment should be daily maintain according to the following chart:
