Important safety information
▪ Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
▪ After using the appliance and attachments, clean all surfaces/parts
that have come into contact with food. Follow the instructions in
the “Cleaning and care” section.
▪ The attachments are only intended for use with the WMF Profi Plus
kitchen machine and WMF KITCHENminis kitchen machine One for
All.
▪ Follow the safety instructions for the WMF Profi Plus kitchen
machine and WMF KITCHENminis kitchen machine One for All.
▪ Do not reach into the attachment while it is in operation.
Keep your hair or loose items of clothing, for example, away from
the pressing cones.
Purpose
Use the citrus juicer (art. no. 0416840011) to press grapefruit, oranges, limes and lemons with the
WMF Profi Plus food processor and the WMF KITCHENminis One for All food processor.
Befor using for the first time
Remove all packaging from the attachments.
Clean the accessory before use as described in the section on „Cleaning and
Care“.
▪ Open the front attachment hub on the WMF food processor.
▪ Place the casing (1) onto the front attachment hub of the WMF food processor. Lock the casing (1)
by gently turning it in an anti-clockwise direction as far as it will go.
Assembling the citrus juicer
▪ First insert the strainer (4) and then the pressing cones (2, 3) into the casing (1).

Note
: The small pressing cone (3) is located within the large pressing cone (2).
If the small pressing cone is to be used, press the large pressing cone into the
two recesses opposite and pull it off (image).
If the large pressing cone is to be used, it should be attached onto the small
pressing cone (3). It clicks into place.
▪ Place a suitable container below the spout (5).
▪ Open the spout (5) by pushing the spout downwards.
▪ Now insert the mains plug for the WMF food processor into the socket.
▪ Switch on the WMF food processor at setting 2-5.
▪ Press the cut surface of the halved citrus fruit onto the pressing cone (2, 3).
▪ The pressed juice flows through the spout via the strainer (4) where large
pieces of fruit and seeds are retained.
