4.7 Telephone Receptacle
Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver
Removal
1. Using the phillips head screwdriver, remove the screws (B) and the patient
phone faceplate (C) from the raceway (see figure 4-8 on page 4-17).

2. Remove the phone plate screws (A) until the patient phone faceplate (C)
lifts away from the raceway.
3. Remove the telephone interface connector from the back of the modular
phone receptacle (D).
