Make sure that the filler cap (see Figure 7
16) is not obstructed and works properly.

Make sure that the hydraulic oil is clean (not colored) and at least ¾ full on the oil level gauge
(with all cylinders retracted).
The complete system requires between 50 and 60 gallons of oil.

Emptying the Hydraulic Tank
To empty the hydraulic tank:
1.
Prepare the vehicle accordingly:
1 a.
Apply the parking brake.
1 b.
Start the engine.
1 c.
Engage the hydraulic pump.
