6. Mute/Hold: 

Press

 

MUTE

 

and the call will be held, the handset can be hung up.

 

7. Hold release: 

Press MUTE button again to release the call.

 

8. FLASH: 

This function is mainly for PBX systems, it only works while call waiting service is provided by 

your local telephone company. 
a. Press  FLASH to transfer the call to another extension if the phone is connected to a PBX 

system. 

b. Press FLASH for "call waiting" service provided by the service provider. 

9.Pre-dial: 

In on-hook status, dial the phone number and press

 or pick up the handset, 

the number will be dialed out automatically. 

10.PAUSE: 

Press REDIAL/PAUSE for a break off of 1.2/2.4/3.6 seconds. 

11. REDIAL: 

a. In on-hook status, press REDIAL/PAUSE repeatedly to review the last 16 dialed numbers, 

choose the desired number and press

or pick up the handset to dial out automatically. 

b. ln off-hook status, press REDIAL/PAUSE to dial the last dialed number. 

12.Auto Redial: 

In on-hook status, press

to auto redial the last dialed number repeatedly till the 

phone is answered. 

13. Caller ID review: 

In on-hook status, press  CLID

 to review the  last 76 caller ID 

memories. 

14. Delete caller ID: 

a. When  reviewing  incoming  call  numbers,  press  CLID

 ▲

or

▼

  to  select  the 

number  you  would like to  delete,  press  DEL/SET once quickly to  delete a 
single number. 

b. When reviewing incoming call numbers, press DEL/SET & hold for 3 seconds to delete all 

numbers. 

15. Call back from the caller ID: 

In on-hook status, press CLID

or

▼

 to select the number from caller ID list you wish to dial  

press CALL NUM, 

 or pick up handset to dial out. 

16.Alarm: 

a. Set alarm: press CALL NUM for 3 seconds to enter alarm setup 

Press CLID

 to set hour, press CALL NUM to confirm and press CLID

 ▲

or

▼

  to set 

minute, press CALL NUM to complete setting. 

b. Press CALL NUM to turn alarm on or off 

17. Make a call from one-touch memory keys M1- M10 

To initiate a call using M1 speed dial.  
1)  In on-hook status, press M1 the number is dialed out automatically.
