VII. Time Stamp Setup
7.1 Remove the Micro SD card from the camera and insert it into a card reader.
7.2 Insert the memory card into a proper computer USB port with a card reader.
7.3 Removable disk drive folder appears.
7.4 Click on the drive in the root directory and inside the root directory, create a txt file named
"TIME.TXT".
7.5. Write the current date and time in the “TIME.TXT” file with the correct format:
YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS Y (For example: 2018/08/08 00:00:00 Y).
7.6 Save this file and then quit.
7.7 Insert the memory card into the camera, turn on the camera, the system will upgrade the
program automatically.
7.8 If you don't need the time stamp on the video, change the "Y" into "N".
VIII. Format the Memory Card
8.1 Hold down the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the camera, the blue indicator light will be
solid on, indicating that the camera has entered into the standby mode.
