16. Reassemble heater box assembly by following steps 11-13 in reverse.
17. Join white connector from blower motor to mating white connector on heater box assembly. Replace protective sheath.
18. Bundle wires with minimal slack and so they will not interfere with fan blades.
19. Place cable ties (009595) around wires and sheath where shown.
20. Attach heater box assembly to bottom panel (6 screws). Note location of vent in relation to blower motor fan.

For ease, put wires through protective
sheath in the following order:
1. Wires with white connector
2. Wires with pink connectors (1 at time)
3. Individual white wires
CONNECT
REPLACE
Place cable tie around sheath and
through hole in mounting tab.
Sheath must extend past mounting
tab so wires will not rub against it.
